Location: Dublin, Ireland
The role will entail the ground up development of this division and will involve the sourcing and partnering of established AV manufacturers of pedigree AV equipment suited to the enterprise market. Multiple strategic sales opportunities will be leveraged from Kedington’s broad portfolio of existing clients and new business leads in the company’s sales funnel.
The individual will be an industry veteran experienced in the commercial negotiation of both supplier and potential client contracts. As divisional lead you will have complete P&L responsibility for the division. Outstanding technical depth combined with a proven sales history and the ability to position the suite of products with architects, consultant engineers and end user clients.
A people person with strong skills in the recruitment, development/motivation and retention of key personnel.
