ExcelRedstone appoints Shane Stanley to head up AV offering

Appointment is recognition of the growing importance of AV in the post-pandemic workplace.

ExcelRedstone is pleased to announce that Shane Stanley will be joining the company as AV Operations Manager, to support the growth of AV solutions as part of future smart building projects.

As the business world continues to take stock of the future of the workplace following the COVID-19 pandemic, many are taking the opportunity to right-size their facilities and support hybrid working. With most workers expected to combine a return to the office with continued remote working, it places additional emphasis on the need for the right AV solutions to support workers.

To satisfy existing and future growth ambitions in this space, ExcelRedstone has appointed Shane to head up AV operations and build out capability for worldwide design and delivery.

“It’s great to welcome Shane on board to oversee our AV expansion,” said Neil Smeaton, ExcelRedstone COO. “His experience will bring a great depth of expertise to our clients. As clients plan their workplace strategies, we’re already seeing a great deal of interest in modern AV solutions for new ways of communicating and working. Shane will help us expand our capability and support our clients during that process.”

Shane has decades of experience delivering multi-million pound projects at a global level. Most recently he worked at a well-known blue chip company where he delivered AV for a 850,000 sq ft project in London.

Future workplaces will see rapid innovation to adapt to a workplace that is now used to video conferencing as second nature. With some form of social distancing and contact tracing expected for some time in COVID-secure workplaces, ExcelRedstone is well placed to bring AV and smart building technologies together to deliver innovative workplaces that will get the UK back in business.
