ExcelRedstone and Charterhouse partnership
We’re delighted to close 2020 out by formalising our partnership with Charterhouse whose 25+ years’ experience delivering communication solutions to the Midmarket and Enterprise has greatly enhanced our portfolio and the services we deliver to our shared customers.
Over the last 18 months, Charterhouse and ExcelRedstone have worked closely together on a number of high profile projects to deliver both on premise and cloud telephony platforms. Since the first lockdown back in March, we’ve seen a huge rise in remote working which, in turn, has accelerated demand for voice enabling Microsoft Teams. Our Fusion Teams offering provides businesses of any size a variety of options to integrate or replace existing telephony platforms with MS Teams alongside a full suite of PBX functionality.
Leveraging Charterhouse’s strong relationships with 8×8, Mitel and Gamma we can provide a great variety for organisations looking to mobilise their contact centres, whether that be voice only or extending to omni-channel with integrations into collaboration tools.
“We’re excited for 2021 and look forward to developing our partnership with ExcelRedstone, who have forged strong relationships with their clients as a trusted global system integrator for over 30 years. Our expertise in Unified Communications and Contact Centre dovetails perfectly as a natural extension of the services they provide to Enterprise customers where they are involved much earlier in the process around data centre, smart building technology and infrastructure” – Richard Betts, CRO, Charterhouse Group
“We’ve enjoyed working with Charterhouse on a number of projects, so signing a formal partnership was the next logical step for us. The pandemic has accelerated the need for telephony and collaboration solutions. Like ExcelRedstone, Charterhouse moves at pace which in turn allows us to assist our clients as they get to grips with hybrid home and office working.” – Matt Salter, Sales Director, ExcelRedstone
